Start your day with this intro to Healing Touch (HT); a holistic, gentle, nurturing energy therapy that helps to address stress and pain to reclaim your calm. Through guided meditation and specific techniques, learn, observe, explore and experience some HT in this interactive, experiential seminar.

Enjoy a day at National Harbor, home to the newly opened MGM Casino, and tons of shopping and dining options. Just blocks from National Harbor's waterfront is Tanger Outlets, a diverse blend of more than 160 retailers, offering something for everyone. Shuttle service will be looping among the Hotel, National Harbor, and Tanger Outlets. Lunch on your own at one of the Harbor's many eateries.

Mount Vernon


Enjoy a 2-hour VIP guided tour of the mansion, gardens and grounds. Our VIP tour includes a behind-the-scene room unavailable to the general public. Tour offers additional time for exploring the Distillery, Gristmill and other parts of the estate. Lunch is on your own at the Mt.Vernon Inn Restaurant or the Food Court Pavilion.

One of the premier art collector's museums in the United States, Hillwood Estate, Museum and Gardens is dedicated to enlightening and engaging visitors with an experience inspired by founder Marjorie Merriweather Post's passion for excellence, gracious hospitality and intent to preserve and share the beauty and history of her collections, garden and estate. Features include the most comprehensive collection of Russian imperial art outside of Russia. Following the self-guided tour, enjoy lunch on your own at the Hillwood Cafe.
